MCA has introduced a system wherein details of directors, designated partners, and every person having DIN are regularly updated.
The new process allows all directors, designated partners, or anyone with DIN to submit their KYC information in eForm DIR-3 KYC. After that, every year, they also need to update their KYC details through the DIR-3 KYC web.
